ROOF EMERGENCY?  07757 697486

The bungalow roof in Exeter underwent a revamp as with the removal of old roof ridge tiles and felt. This roof renovation was essential work not just for the roof’s appearance, but also to prevent damp and leakages. The old worn and decaying materials were replaced with new. The cement ridge, dry verge caps and roof tiles were removed, new felt was put in and new wooden roof battens. The sturdy cement ridges provide a secure and aesthetically pleasing finish to the roofline, while the dry verge caps prevent water coming in. This meticulous upgrade has not only enhanced the bungalow’s overall appeal but also bolstered its resilience against weather conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance.
